AnadoluJet launches flights to Europe…

AnadoluJet, as a trade mark of Turkish Airlines, has went into operation in 2008 starting with its 20 Ankara-based flight points. As the time proceeds, after increasing its flight points to 26 from Ankara-Esenboga Airport and Istanbul-Sabiha Gokcen Airport along with its young fleet, efficient connecting tariffs, economic ticket fares, renewed aircraft interior services, Anadolujet will launch international direct flights to Europe’s various countries during June 2010.

After Ankara-Damascus-Ankara flights, launched on March 4th, 2010, AnadoluJet has been planning with its newly-joint airplanes to start 12 direct international flights from Ankara to Stockholm, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Vienna, Tehran, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and London

As per 19OCT11 GDS timetable and inventory display, Anadolujet from 30OCT11 is cancelling 5 European routes out of Ankara, totals 10 weekly flights.

The low-cost arm of Turkish Airlines will continue to operate service to Moscow and Vienna in Europe, and Tehran in the Middle-East out of Ankara.

Cancelled Routes are:


Ankara – Amsterdam
Ankara – Brussels
Ankara – Dusseldorf
Ankara – Frankfurt
Ankara – London Stansted

Above mentioned routes previously planned to operate twice weekly in Winter 2011/12 season. Following International routes from Ankara will continue operation.

Ankara – Moscow Domodedovo 4 weekly
Ankara – Tehran 3 weekly
Ankara – Vienna 2 weekly
