A Bale la Corse c'est Ajaccio 3x par semaine..C'est plutot faible..Alors pourquoi ne pas lancer Bastia ? et concurrencer Volotea et AF de Strasbourg ?

Je ne vois pas ce que les strasbourgeois iraient bien faire à Bale quand ils ont une offre sur leur aéroport. Donc concurrencer Strasbourg c'est clair que non.

Pour TLS BIA, c'est logique et c'était plus ou moins dans les cartons. Bien joué.

New flights to Corsica

FLIGHTS to Corsica from Bristol Airport will begin in June, it has been announced today (Thurs).

Corsican Places has teamed up with bmi regional to offer a new route to the picturesque Mediterranean island.

The two-and-a-half flight to Bastia will depart weekly on a Sunday morning for 13 weeks during the summer season, beginning on June 23.

Aviation director Shaun Browne said he was thrilled to add another destination to the airport’s schedule.

He said: “The flight to Bastia brings an attractive new holiday destination within easy reach direct from Bristol.

“With a flight every week between the middle of June and September, there will be plenty of opportunities for holidaymakers across the South West and Wales to explore the beautiful island of Corsica.”

The French island of Corsica is renowned as one of the most picturesque spots in Europe and will host the opening stage of next year’s Tour de France in June.
