Libyan Wings set for November 2013 launch
Libyan Wings (Tripoli Int'l) has set November 2013 as its tentative launch date with operations to be based out of Tripoli Mitiga. According to its webpage, the airline plans to venture into the passenger, charter and cargo sectors likely using a Boeing 737NG.
