The US Department of Transportation has issued a blanket ban for the Note 7 on all flights both internal and international that fly into US airspace.
In addition to this, almost every major airline has now issued a statement banning the Note 7 from hand luggage or checked in baggage.
Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Qantas, Air Berlin, Ryan Air, EasyJet and many others have all issued statements on their website warning that any person found to be in possession of the Galaxy Note 7 will be denied boarding.
